Baggage

Baggage

There are no restrictions for liquids contained in hold luggage (that delivered at the check-in and picked up at the airport of destination). In hand luggage, which is presented to the security checkpoints of the airport, liquids are permitted only in small quantity.

Liquids carried in hand luggage, may be in containers holding 100 millilitres (1/10 litre) or equivalent (ex. 100 grams) and they must be carried separately in a single bag which is closable and transparent, with a capacity not exceeding 1 litre (no larger than 18 x 20 cm).

It is possible to close the bag with its contents (the containers should be able to fit comfortably in it). For each passenger (including babies) it is allowed the carriage of one and only one bag of above-mentioned dimensions (see illustration). Medicines and liquids prescribed for diet aims, as baby food, can be transported out of the bag and they are not subject to volume restrictions.
