Passenger Rights
From 21 January 2010 it is available on-line the updating of the six edition of the Charter of Passenger Rights
The updating allow, in particular, for the recent judgement of the European Court of Justice in November 2009, a compensation in case of a long delay. The judgement decree, as for some cases of flight cancellation, the right to pecuniary compensation also for the passengers who reach destination with over three hours later than the time of arrival published.
This right, however, default if the airline prove that the long delay occurred due to extraordinary occurrences.
